Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order for made-to-order products, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
All products in Ryan Cleek Productions Art & Gift Shop are custom and made to order. Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged in shipping, or if the incorrect product was produced and delivered by the fulfillment vendor.
1. Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order products are items that are customized or personalized according to your specifications. These include, but are not limited to:
- Photo Art Prints and Posters
- Metal Prints
- Framed Prints
- Drinkware
Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, standard return and refund policies do not apply.
2. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
All made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they meet the criteria outlined in Section 3: Exceptions.
Exceptions:
- Defective Products: If your made-to-order product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
- Incorrect Orders: If we have made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., incorrect customization details), you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

- Other Returns: Since made-to-order products are non-returnable, shipping costs for other returns are not applicable.
